Mahasweta is a very passionate and enthusiastic women entrepreneur, who keeps keen interest in innovation and work ethics. After quitting her corporate career in early years of life, she devoted her time for her family. But her father’s and husband’s professional life always inspired her to achieve something for herself and also to contribute in the global business world which in turn would benefit the society. Therefore, more than two and half decayed of break from her corporate career, by getting support from her husband and kids, and also from the inspiration from the current initiatives by Government of India for women empowerment, which in turn has provided a big change for women’s position in corporate world than her early career, she Co-founded “Indopyro Materials” a company having vision of turning waste to value for tomorrow’s world.
Mahasweta holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Himachal Pradesh University and an Advanced Diploma in Industrial Relations from India School of Labour Education.
Co-founder and Director
Sayan is one of the Co-founder and Whole-Time Director of Indopyro Materials. Sayan’s Past background lies with Financial Service industry, he is having keen experience related with capital market activities, which include portfolio management, fund raising, proprietary trading, Forex management including general capital market operations. He is having keen interest in providing solutions to entrepreneurs for developing new start-up. At Indopyro Materials he joined his mother Mrs. Mahasweta Bandyopadhyay for fulfilling her dream of turning the company into a global giant, which would create some value for society.
Sayan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with specialization in Finance from Pune University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specialization into Financial Markets from Arun Jaitley Nation Institute of Financial Management, Faridabad.
